Gift Matching Program

The Gift Matching Program (GMP), established in 2003, doubles donations made by UniCredit employees to their chosen nonprofit organisations. It has supported thousands of projects across Europe, reflecting the company's evolution and commitment to community empowerment. The list of beneficiary projects of the 2024 edition is available. The new GMP edition was launched on September 25, 2025.

Rest-Cent Initiative

Rest-Cent is an initiative currently active in Italy and Germany, through which employees can donate cents of their net monthly salary to social projects. The Foundation doubles these annual proceeds. Since 2023, UniCredit Foundation has been focused on initiatives providing school guidance to at-risk youth. Volunteering in Educational Programmes

UniCredit Foundation actively engages UniCredit Group employees through skills-based volunteering initiatives in support of local organisations affiliated with our two main international partners: Junior Achievement Europe and Teach For All.

Summer School for Employees

The Summer School initiative offers scholarships to UniCredit employees for summer courses at three top European universities (University College London, London School of Economics, Barcelona School of Economics). The Foundation covers tuition fees, while UniCredit reimburses travel and living expenses for winners.
