Gift Matching Program

Do you know someone who works at UniCredit? If you represent a non-profit organisation, do any of your volunteers, members, or donors work at UniCredit?

Since 2003, the Gift Matching Program (GMP) has matched donations made by UniCredit employees to the non-profit organisations of their choice. Over the years, it has supported thousands of projects across Europe, reflecting the company's commitment to strengthening communities. The 2026 edition of the programme was launched on 1 July.

Rest-Cent Initiative

Rest-Cent is an initiative currently active in Italy and Germany, through which employees can donate cents of their net monthly salary to social projects. The Foundation doubles these annual proceeds. Since 2023, UniCredit Foundation has been focused on initiatives providing school guidance to at-risk youth. You can read all the details of the initiatives in our latest Annual Report.

Volunteering in Educational Programmes

UniCredit Foundation actively engages UniCredit Group employees through skills-based volunteering initiatives in support of local organisations affiliated with our two main international partners: Junior Achievement Europe and Teach For All.

Summer School for Employees

The Summer School initiative offers scholarships to UniCredit employees for summer courses at three top European universities (University College London, London School of Economics, Barcelona School of Economics). The Foundation covers tuition fees, while UniCredit reimburses travel and living expenses for winners.
