The “Dream Teen” project aims to reduce the educational gap that hinders the full development of disadvantaged students’ potential, through a multidisciplinary approach over a 30-month period, involving 300 lower and upper secondary schools across the country.

It pursues three main objectives, with an impact evaluation conducted by LEAP Bocconi:
  1. Strengthening learning: 280 disadvantaged students in 16 schools (Milan, Bari, Palermo, Cagliari) will take part in intensive group sessions and personalized tutoring to improve study autonomy, motivation, and social skills.

  2. Promoting inclusive education: in 150 randomly selected schools, teachers will use an AI-based digital platform to provide personalized, unbiased recommendations that support students in choosing the most suitable educational path for their potential.

  3. Enhancing digital skills: 1,760 students will participate in workshops on responsible digital use and the impact of AI, while 2,000 teachers and education professionals will be trained on the risks and opportunities of new technologies in education.
