Bagázs Public Benefit Association Association is a social initiative founded in 2011, which began with a summer camp. It aims to address deep-rooted issues within disadvantaged communities, particularly in the Roma settlements of Bag and Dány.

The organisation leverages volunteer support to provide educational, legal, and social services, aiming to improve the lives of vulnerable populations. They work for an inclusive and accepting society in Hungary, in which Roma people have a chance to achieve their goals.

Following the summer camp, volunteers continued to hold tutoring sessions, engaging 40 children regularly. Over the years, the organisation expanded its activities, forming a football team (BAGázs FC) and initiating adult tutoring, which led to the creation of the Women's Club.

Bagázs Association runs various programmes to tackle different problems within the community. These include weekend activities for children, community service, legal assistance, debt management, and adult education. In 2016, it launched an adult training programme to help individuals gain new skills or competitive jobs. Smaller projects over the years have focused on skill development and entrepreneurial training for adults. Currently, Bagázs employs around twenty staff members and works with 100 volunteers annually across the settlements of Bag and Dány. The organisation's goal is to adapt its methodology to other segregated settlements and extend its reach to more communities, ensuring sustainable development and better integration into society.
