The "CLOTO - Foundation For Education" programme, chosen by UniCredit Foundation through the Call for Education 2022, aims to provide a comprehensive educational pathway to vulnerable students to continue their studies or facilitate their entry into the workforce.

It achieves this through four experiential modules: EXPLORE, ENVISION, EMPOWER, ROLE MODELING, each designed to enhance the students' knowledge and skills.

The programme specifically targets vocational students aged 14 to 18 who are at risk of dropping out. By providing targeted support, the programme aims to keep these students engaged in their education and prepare them for future career opportunities.

The programme is implemented in educational institutions, combining both physical and digital formats to encourage the use of technology in schools. It focuses on the regions and provinces of Veneto and Trentino Alto Adige, ensuring that support is provided where it is most needed.

"CLOTO - Foundation For Education" uses the "6PARTE" digital platform, which facilitates project creation through gamification. This platform guides users through various phases of participatory project design with the support of gamified project management tools. This mixed methodology enhances the learning experience by integrating quantitative, qualitative, and relational aspects, thereby supporting the overall implementation and evolution of the educational strategy.

CLOTO – Foundation for Education

The CLOTO project, concluded in March 2025, involved 6 schools and 150 students across the Triveneto area. Developed with the support of Coop. Adelante ONLUS, Istituto Pavoniano Artigianelli, and Cooperativa SocialeZico, it offered a training pathway based on modules in digital education, social innovation, and career guidance. A key element was the use of role models as an educational tool to foster motivation and self-confidence. The initiative successfully encouraged students to continue their studies and explore opportunities in the labor market. Results show a significant improvement in soft skills, digital competencies, communication, teamwork, and problem solving.
