The “School4Future” project operates in underserved areas of Turin, where marginalization and limited access to services reduce students’ motivation and perceived opportunities, increasing the risk of school dropout.

Its goal is to build a collaborative, school-centered support system that promotes inclusive, high-quality learning experiences, strengthens academic outcomes, and helps students make informed choices about their educational and professional futures.

The initiative focuses on three key areas:

  1. In-class activities, fostering critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration while improving academic performance and the overall classroom climate.

  2. Mentoring and small-group support.

  3. Career and education guidance.

All activities take place primarily during school hours to ensure close integration with the school environment, in favor of 1,600 students and 290 teachers.
