Eidè Social Cooperative Society promotes the holistic development of individuals and social inclusion, supporting children, adolescents and young people through high-quality educational pathways designed to enhance individual potential and strengthen connections with the wider community.

Established in 1997 in the Parma area operates in line with principles of solidarity, participation and shared responsibility, providing services that accompany young people’s development from early childhood through to adulthood.

Eidè has developed strong expertise in the design of educational programmes aimed at preventing school dropout and promoting educational attainment, with particular attention to children and young people experiencing educational, social and economic disadvantage. Working closely with schools, local authorities, and social and health services, it delivers integrated interventions that are firmly rooted in the community.

Through inclusive educational pathways, curricular and extracurricular activities, tutoring and personalised support, Eidè strengthens skills, motivation and continuity across learning journeys. Its person-centred approach promotes equal opportunities, removes barriers to learning, and supports the development of inclusive and resilient learning communities.

The project supports 45 students at risk of early school leaving in the province of Parma, guiding them towards completing their diploma and enabling a more informed transition into further education or employment pathways.

Through the “Knowledge in Action – School Workshop” model, the initiative combines academic learning with hands-on, workshop-based activities, integrating the recovery of core skills with experiential methodologies that strengthen motivation, self-confidence and a sense of personal agency.

The programme also introduces innovative financial education modules, alongside activities focused on physical wellbeing. Together, these contribute to the development of transversal skills and greater personal autonomy. A community-based approach – including opportunities for social interaction and collaboration – fosters meaningful relationships and helps counter isolation.

A structured coordination system ensures close integration between schools, families and local services, supported by personalised learning plans and continuous monitoring. In this way, the project strengthens educational opportunities, promotes inclusion, and generates a lasting impact on the growth and future prospects of the young people involved.
