IFS-EMMAUS was founded in 1999 to support those affected by the Bosnian War. Evolving from humanitarian relief to long-term recovery, it now empowers vulnerable communities through education, healthcare, housing, and psychosocial support.

The organization promotes inclusion, resilience, and dignity through sustained local engagement.

IFS-EMMAUS combines humanitarian aid with long-term development. It supports displaced people, low-income families, and minorities through education, vocational training, housing, health services, and advocacy.
