In-Presa, founded in 1998, is a social cooperative based in Carate Brianza, Italy. It focuses on providing educational and professional training programs, particularly for young people and those seeking to re-enter the workforce.

In-Presa aims to promote social inclusion and personal development through tailored educational pathways and professional training.

The cooperative emphasizes the importance of lifelong learning and skill acquisition to enhance employability and social integration.
Key Activities include: educational programmes - offering modular courses in mechanics, electrical work, and catering for students and young professionals; professional training - providing hands-on training and apprenticeship opportunities to help individuals gain practical skills and experience; and community engagement - organizing events and initiatives to engage with the local community and promote social responsibility.

As part of the 2023 Call for Education, UniCredit Foundation has chosen the "GO-PRO" programme which aims to develop a supportive educational community to address early school leaving and dropout rates. It helps young people discover their potential, develop soft skills, and either resume their education or enter the workforce.
The programme targets vulnerable students aged 11-19 at high risk of dropping out or who have already left school, including NEET individuals and those with psychological disorders. It focuses on engaging these students and providing tailored support.
The programme operates in several areas within the Province of Monza and Brianza.
"GO-PRO" uses a structured method involving connecting young people with significant adults, discovering talents through practical activities, and prioritising in-company training. The pathways include study aid, job placement and educational workshops in various fields, and school/work alternation in electrical and culinary areas. This comprehensive approach ensures students receive the support needed to succeed academically and professionally.
