Joblinge e.V, founded in 2008, is a non-profit organisation based in Germany.

It focuses on tackling youth unemployment by helping young people transition into apprenticeships and the workforce. It has a sound expertise in the areas of career orientation and entry into the labour market for socially and economically disadvantaged young people.

The mission of Joblinge is to provide young people with the necessary skills and support to successfully enter the labour market.

The organisation aims to bridge the skills gap and create equal opportunities for disadvantaged youth.

Key activities include: activation and placement - engaging young people through street outreach and social media campaigns, and placing them in apprenticeships; support and mentoring - offering guidance and mentoring to participants throughout their apprenticeship; and public-private partnerships - collaborating with businesses, the public sector, and private individuals to fund and support their programmes.

Since its inception, Joblinge has helped over 17,000 young people, with 80% successfully transitioning into the workforce.
The "PLAN A@School" programme aims to develop and trial a new modular offer of career guidance and preparation for schools, with a particular focus on students requiring special support. The initiative was selected by UniCredit Foundation under the Call for Education 2023.

The programme targets economically and socially disadvantaged students aged 15 to 17 at Willy-Brandt Schule in Berlin. It seeks to provide these students with better initial career guidance and ensure their entry into the workforce after graduation, and overall well-being.

"PLAN A@School" adopts a holistic pedagogical approach, promoting both technical and transversal skills related to career guidance. It includes enhanced parental involvement and additional 1:1 counselling to address individual socio-economic backgrounds. The programme is structured into three strands: pedagogical level (context, preparation, and reflection of modules), process level (organisation and implementation within the school), and work world (multiple annual engagements with professionals). It offers mandatory modules using Joblinge resources and optional modules such as AI in the workplace, with collaboration from NGOs, parents, companies, volunteers, and school social workers
