NEPC (Network of Education Policy Centers) is an international network of public and civil society organisations working to improve education through policy analysis, teacher training, and school development.

NEPC promotes equity, inclusion, and well-being in education. Its programmes aim to tackle structural inequalities, particularly those affecting students from low socio-economic backgrounds.

NEPC is a non-governmental membership network founded in 2006, bringing together 22 institutions from 19 countries across Eastern and South-Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

It supports its members through project collaboration, expert exchange, and policy dialogue. With a strong track record in large-scale regional initiatives, NEPC combines research, advocacy, and capacity building to foster inclusive, evidence-based education systems that promote equity and participation.
