The Foundation’s strategy integrates education, family care, and community development. Programs include after-school tutoring, scholarships, and family-focused initiatives.
It launched social enterprises like the “Szuno” craft and “Amari” food programs, fostering self-sufficiency and inclusion.
Starting in Told, this model now inspires projects in over 20 settlements and has gained international recognition for its community-based innovations.Through after-school activities (Tanoda), 30 students improve their math and reading skills, with active involvement from their families.
Group workshops teach planning, teamwork, and small-scale budget management. The program also offers work experience: youth over the age of 15 can be employed during the summer in the Igazgyöngy social enterprise (in agriculture and crafts).
They receive training on employment contracts, rights and responsibilities, and financial literacy. Those who stand out may access stable part-time jobs. The goal is to build a continuous and sustainable path of personal and professional development that leads young people toward autonomy and integration into the labor market.
