Schola Empirica is a non-profit educational organisation operating in schools across the Czech Republic, specialising in evidence-based programmes focused on social and emotional learning (SEL) and bullying prevention.

Through initiatives such as Good Start, Skills Builder, and KiVa, it trains teachers and provides ongoing methodological support. The organisation has collaborated with over 350 schools and international partners, promoting key competences for children and young people.

Since 2018, Schola Empirica has developed methodologies for entrepreneurship education and socio-emotional competence development in early years and primary education.

In partnership with the author of the UK’s Skills Builder Framework, it has translated and adapted the model into Czech, launched a national platform, and created classroom activities for learners aged 6 to 15.
