The programme targets socially vulnerable school at a high risk of dropping out and need targeted support to stay engaged in education.

The programme operates in several Croatian regions severely affected by educational inequality, including the cities Zagreb County, Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, Medimurje County, Šibenik-Knin County, Karlovac County, Krapina-Zagorje County, Koprivnica-Krizevci County, Bjelovar-Bilogora County, Sisak-Moslavina County, Vukovar-Srijem County.

Using a cartoon-based pedagogical approach, the programme provides targeted modules on STREAM values (Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics), teacher recruitment and training, and curricular integration. It addresses both educational and socio-economic factors, enhancing peer community engagement and student well-being. Examples of initiatives include regional networking events for schools and teacher involvement across multiple Croatian counties.
