Strengthening Education through Community-Centric Collaboration

In 2024 Teach For All (TFA), has embraced and implemented this approach in Romania, Italy and Austria. Together, TFA network partners enhanced outcomes for children by building robust relationships with leaders and stakeholders, improving learning at scale. Targeted interventions in these communities connect students, their families, schools, businesses, government, and civil society, fostering shared purpose and creating actionable plans. This was built on previous work by Teach For All, and supported by UniCredit Foundation, to provide a quality education to underserved schools in the above UniCredit countries as well as Bulgaria, Germany, and Slovakia.
The programme supported by UniCredit Foundation targets students in disadvantaged schools across six countries.

It focuses on combating educational disparities and preventing early school dropout among children, ensuring they receive the quality education needed to pursue new opportunities and achieve their career ambitions.
The initiative operates in Italy, Germany, Austria, Bulgaria, Romania, and Slovakia.
It leverages the established relationship between UniCredit and the network of Teach For All partner organisations, initially formed in 2022, to unlock the potential of the next European generation.
Through a long-term commitment and enhanced support, the programme utilises a systematic approach to training and supporting teachers. It involves peer support, continuous professional development, and local community engagement. By focusing its efforts on Europe, the programme ensures access to quality education, creating more inclusive school environments. The ongoing collaboration aims to produce even greater results, to empower local communities to reinvent educational systems in under-resourced areas.
