But when small acts come together – and UniCredit Foundation doubles them – their impact multiplies.
Since 2003, the Gift Matching Program (GMP) has offered UniCredit employees a simple yet powerful way to support social initiatives. Every donation made by employees, organized into donation groups, is matched by the UniCredit Foundation, helping to support local non-profit organizations.
Over more than two decades, the program has supported over 6,200 projects, thanks to 174,000 donations totaling more than €54 million.
The 2025 edition of the Gift Matching Program is open until December 31, 2025, and includes all donations made from January 1, 2025 onward.
