Since 2003, the Gift Matching Program (GMP) has empowered UniCredit employees to support the causes closest to their hearts. Through the programme, employees join donation groups and contribute to local non-profit organisations, while UniCredit Foundation matches every eligible donation, doubling its impact.
Over the years, this collective commitment has helped make a tangible difference in communities across our countries. Thanks to more than 184,475 donations, over 6,400 projects have been supported, generating over €55,4 million in contributions to organisations working every day to create opportunities and address local social needs.
The 2026 edition of the Gift Matching Program opened on 1 July 2026 and will remain open until 31 December 2026. All eligible donations made from 1 January 2026 onwards can be included in the programme.
