Once again, the Gift Matching Program has shown the power of collective action.

Thanks to the engagement and generosity of UniCredit Employees, the 2025 edition supported projects and initiatives that made a tangible difference in local communities, turning individual contributions into shared impact.

Through GMP, UniCredit Foundation doubles every donation made by employee groups to non-profit organisations, amplifying the impact of each contribution and enabling projects to grow further.

The 2025 edition supported organisations active across a wide range of sectors, with no limits on geography or field of intervention. Promoting educational equality remained at the heart of the Foundation’s mission, with an additional contribution allocated to projects aimed at combating educational poverty.

Beyond the numbers, what truly defines GMP is the community behind it. Throughout the year, UniCredit employees came together to support meaningful causes and contribute to a shared effort that continues to make a difference.
