Personalizing Learning Through Data
The project is based on the belief that schools need more effective tools to unlock and support the potential of every student. To achieve this, digital learning platforms such as Khan Academy are used to generate valuable insights into students’ progress, strengths, and learning challenges.
The analysis of these data, combined with the support of artificial intelligence, enables teachers to personalize learning activities and create more targeted, inclusive, and effective educational pathways.
Three Days of Hands-On Teacher Training
At the core of the masterclass is a highly practical and experiential training program. Over three days, teachers engage directly with the methodologies and tools that they will later implement in their own classrooms.
The objective is to ensure the immediate transferability of skills, allowing educators to apply what they have learned and innovate their teaching practices from day one.
The training focuses on three key areas:
Using data to enhance teaching and learning outcomes;
Mastery Learning, an approach that supports each student according to their individual pace of learning;
The integration of artificial intelligence into educational processes.
Through practical exercises and simulations, teachers learn how to leverage Khan Academy and other digital tools effectively, acquiring skills that can be immediately applied in the classroom.
Building a Community of Practice
Beyond methodology and technology, the in-person format provides a valuable opportunity for educators from different schools and territories to connect and collaborate.
The masterclass is designed as a space for exchanging ideas, experiences, and best practices, with the broader goal of creating a genuine community of practice. This network is expected to continue generating value well beyond the project itself by fostering peer learning and ongoing collaboration among teachers.
