During the 2025–2026 academic year, four young researchers — Jessica Mancuso, Ornella Darova, Luca Parisotto and Giulia Ferrero — took part in the programme, benefiting from an international academic environment that encourages interdisciplinary exchange, collaboration, and the development of new research opportunities.
Their experiences demonstrate how access to a global network of scholars and leading institutions can strengthen the quality of research, foster new collaborations, and support the professional development of the next generation of academics.
Through initiatives such as this, UniCredit Foundation continues to invest in talent and knowledge, supporting research pathways that can contribute to the development of innovative policies and solutions to address future social and economic challenges.
